Groups -

I am looking for a model on traffic shaping that would do two (2)
things:

1) Give all traffic absolute top priority/throughput to one/from one (1)
specific internal address, and
2) Generally limit bandwidth use of FTP for all users to <= 75% (or so,
that's a guess for starting purposes).

We have a VoIP app at the specific address that gets contended out under
current default shaping, usually due to many of our developers sucking
up files from the planet - big ones.

In spite of admonishments to restrict these until after hours, it still
occurs ("Emergency - client yelling"), which saturates us big-time.

Any guidance appreciated.

TIA
