Do you know of any way to block this protocol only on the Gnatbox?

I know this will need to be enabled in the future but I'm looking for a
quick fix until I can sort these Vista machines out.

We are running GBFlash 3.4.2

You're on the right path..  That is IPv6 traffic via IP Protocol 41, not

TCP Port 41.

IP Protocol 6 = TCP
IP Protocol 17 = UDP
*IP Protocol 41 = IPv6*
