[gb-users] Reverse DNS

Subject: [gb-users] Reverse DNS

I am attempted to configure our gnatbox so that when a user at our domain
sends an email, email servers that require a PTR on the mail server will
accept the mail.

The headers look like this: Received: from mail.ourbizzness.biz (unknown
[X.X.46.50])

I erased the first part of the ip address. X.X.46.50 is the ip address of
the external network. How do I get the unknown out of the header?

Thank You,

Randy Haley
