It is possible to have multiple EXT interfaces, however you can only have 
one default route.  Are you currently using all three interfaces?  If so, 
adding a second EXT interface would mean you would have 4 interfaces which 
would require purchasing the Multi-interface option.

We just recently changed over ISPs here at GTA, and we were able to 
changeover fairly easily.  It was just a matter of having the ISP contact 
us when the new connection is up and making the appropriate changes.
