GBadmin has not been included in any of the 3.x light releases. I remember
seeing this mentioned someplace on their site, but I wasn't able to find it
just now when I looked. It's weird, because the release notes talk about how
"Allow save all from GBAdmin" was fixed in GB Light 3.0.2.

Use gbconfig and gbmakefloppy. First, use gbconfig to save the configuration
from the previous version floppy to a config file. Then use gbmakefloppy to
merge the config file into the new floppy image - when gbmakefloppy is
running, click the icon in the upper left corner to bring up the system
menu, select merge, and go from there.

BTW, you cannot use the configuration you save by "download configuration"
from webadmin, the file formats are different (or more likely download
configuration has a bug).
