no PSN configuration

My firewall computer currently has 3 network adapters in it.  The EXT and
PRO are correctly configured and the firewall works great.  However, I
cannot assign a PSN to the third adapter.  The setup wizard simply bypasses
the step to add one.  It only lets me set up an EXT and PRO adapter.

The Basic Configuration/Network Information screen shows the third adapter
with its MAC Address but the Reports/Configuration screen claims the adapter
is "down".

Any hints???
