Just got our GB-100's in.
Began initial setup, got interrupted with another problem.
When I came back, asks for user login and pw.
Nothing I try works.
Attempted to call tech support to find out how to put box back to factory
defaults, nobody home.
Attempted to register product 'on-line'. Will not accept the serial number
I've got right in front of me.
Anyone else able to help?
