Just a note: if you download the windows executable (gbl303.exe), the users
guide is included, so you don't need to download it separately.

The users guide doesn't really tell you the changes. The distribution
contains a release.txt file that describes the differences. I copied the new
features list below. They also list change and bug fixes which I didn't
copy - see the release.txt file for everything.

1.1 New Features since 3.0.1
    o IPSec VPN
o PSN network support is an optional feature on GNAT Box Light
o VPN support is an optional feature on GNAT Box Light
o Added support for the Adaptec AIC-6915 "Starfire" chipset
      (sf driver). Cards supported include:
      ANA-62011 64-bit single port 10/100 TX adapter
      ANA-62022 64-bit dual port 10/100 TX adapter
      ANA-62044 64-bit quad port 10/100 TX adapter
      ANA-62020 64-bit single port 100baseFX adapater
o Added support for AMDtek, Inc. AL981 Comet and AN985 Centaur fast
ethernet chipset. (al driver). This chip set is designed
to be a DEC 21x4x workline.

1.2 New Features since 3.0.2
o From tunnel address of 0.0.0.0 is valid.
The value 0.0.0.0 in the From field of a tunnel definition is now
valid.
When 0.0.0.0 is used in this manner this means map any IP address
assigned to
the External NIC to the specified IP address in the TO field. This
feature
has been implemented for users who have dynamic IP addresses assigned
to the
External NIC, (Cable, DSL, Dialup). Use Remote Access Filters to
control
      access.

o Open, Close messages arrow direction shows direction
(inbound,outbound).
      Example:
      NAT: Close TCP
[10.10.1.82/2001]->[199.120.225.69/10221]->[204.216.27.21/80] ...
      NAT: Close TCP
[10.10.1.82/21]<-[199.120.225.69/21]<-[204.216.27.21/3078] ...

o The logical network interfaces are now display in a sorted order.

o FTP bounds checking has been upgraded and enhanced.
