ms proxy does just that it acts as a proxy for the clients/servers on your
network to the internet so if you want web browsing then port 80, smtp -
port 25 etc

its your choice as to which services proxy will be used for

ms proxy does not allow you to ban domains dynamically but it does allow you
to specify which sites your users have access to

it also has packet filtering (though you need two network cards on the
server) which can act as extra security behind your firewall
